new ram performing way below expectations

thats the test i ran, and found about the problem, the pc is brand new [except gpu, psu, and hdd] could this be a software issue ?

Check you are running them correctly in dual channel.

You may need to have them in particular slots on the motherboard in order to do this.

Make sure they are in correct slots and XMP/D.O.C.P is enabled.

2400mhz RAM is not the best for Ryzen. Should be 3000mhz minimum.
