Question new ram power on no display/usb power

So I wanted to upgrade my ram to 32 gb so I brought

TEAMGROUP Elite DDR3 32GB Kit (4x8GB) 1600MHz (PC3-12800) CL11 Unbuffered Non-ECC 1.5V UDIMM 240 Pin PC Computer Desktop Memory Module Ram Upgrade - TED316G1600C112U01​

off amazon with them saying The TEAMGROUP Elite DDR3 RAM is compatible with Intel Z97 chipset motherboards like the Z97-K
so is could just be no compatibility but cant find out on online or is could be another problem
computer runs and works find with old ram
I have tried 1 new ram at a time in every slot didn't work
tried with old ram in with new ram didn't work
tried 2 new ram at time and all 4 new ram didn't work
I tried resetting the CMOS didn't work
I tried reset bio disn't work

tried to lower the frequency manually to 1333 and tried 1 stick , 2 , and all 4 still no display or usb power
also tried frequency manually to 1600 same happened

you have gone from 16 gb and frequency 1333 to 32 and 1600 the most likely thing is that the motherboard cannot support them, try to lower the frequency manually to 1333 so that all 4 will work

do a test with the kingstons at 1/3 and the 2 team at 2/4 to get the low frequency and see if it works

try your old kingston to 1-3 slots and new teamgroup 2 of 4 stick to 2-4 slots , let it to auto and if working will working with low from kingston at1333

cant put kingston in slot 1 because of the cpu fan kingston has been in 3 and 4 form when i got pc 8+ years ago

I don't know what cooler you have but see if you can find a way to test all 4 slots, so as it is you are not going to do anything

in 3 and 4 it is never going to work for you.pairs work only 1-3 and 2-4 for dual , 3-4 you are single

tried putting new teamgroup to 1-3 slots and old kingston 2 of 4 stick to 2-4 slots didn't work
tried just new teamgroup 1-3 and 2-4 didnt work
tried old kingston in 2 - 4 and worked

in 1-3 did you try Kingston, do they work?
when you change positions or put in new ones, have you tried resetting the bios first?
