Question new ram running slow

Hey all so I've an old rig I use for music

Motherboard is a GIGABYTES GA-970A-UD3P

CPU is an FX 8320

I had 2x 4gb (8gb) team group ddr3 1600 in the rig

And I just got given 4x 8gb (32gb) vengeance ddr3 1600

So I've popped the vengeance in and all is well but I was running a test and checking the task manager reading and all reading across cpuid, my task manager and crucial memory scan are all saying I'm running at 800mhz and i ran a scan on Unser benchmark and it says my rams performing below it's potential.

I have enabled profile 1 in my xmp bios so I'm not really sure what to do now.

Any help is greatly appreciated 🙏

ddr mean double data rate. 800x2 is 1600

userbenchmark compare all components. your FX system is ancient
