I know this is a common question, but Amazon won't let me return the product (despite being a Prime member) and I'm desperate for some solution.

I bought (Amazon.in: Buy G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz ) I know for a fact that my motherboard supports DDR4 3200 (IdeaCentre_G5_14AMR05_Spec.pdf (lenovo.com) ). I can't find any XMP option in the Lenovo BIOS.
I noted the following differences between the existing RAM I replaced and the new ones I bought, it was an 1x8 3200 stick with CL22 and lower voltage. My new RAM is currently running at 2133 dual channel.

What are my options?

Solution
You are now doing better running dual channel at 2133.

Yes, the processors can support 3200 speed, but the motherboard PRO 565 chipset may not.
It does not allow overclocking.
Ram faster than 2400 is technically overclocked.
