New Rig Crashing Twice a Day (BSOD's)

Hi,

I have been getting blue screens on my new rig i built (parts listed below). They happen while playing any game really, GTA 4, CS GO, Euro Truck Simulator. When I exit a game the computer will freeze and blue-screen but it has happened while just browsing Chrome. I have tried several different Nvidia drivers but nothing has succeeded. I have freshly installed Windows 3 times in two weeks now. Should I be RMA'ing parts? Here is what the Windows Error Log says, I can link the mini dump files if necessary, I have six from the last three days.

The error 0X7e with 0xC0000005, it is the memory problem, test the RAM one by one with MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm
Also try use the intel XMP profile for the RAM, go into the BIOS to set it up.
