New rig, pc restarts after windows symbol is there for 1 second

please help i dont know its on a new ssd from kingston and when i installed it everything worked and could restart but now on my new system it restarts as soon as the windows symbol animation comes

Did you put it in a new system , if so you need to reinstall windows.

yes i got myself windows enterprise from my school and connected it there to a computer and installed it on the ssd.
Now it is on my new rig.
Is that diffrent with ssd`s and hdd`s ?Cause with hdd you can just put it in another system
