new rig taking very long to post

pc takes about 17 secs to post, after bios has posted thing go very well and they should... bios has already been updated aswell

pc specs: asus z170 pro gaming
i7 6700k (be quiet dark rock pro 3)
d4 16gb 3200-16 vengeance lpx
corsair rm850x
asus 8gb d5x gtx 1080 strix

ssds: samsung 960 pro (500gb) + samsung 950 evo (250 gb)

Sadly some bios setups take longer to post then others...especially if you have a raid setup for example. Beyond disabling the boot screen in bios and turning on fast boot there is not much else you can do to speed things up.

Go on your BIOS, Click Advance then look for Boot and Select Fast Boot.

fast boot enabled, i kind of solved it by disabling my overclock and putting pop up screen on 0 secs
