New rx580 install

I installed new msi rx580 8gb gpu after uninstalling with ddu from rx 460 and now I get black screen. Screen shows picture up till login screen shows. Using Windows 10 pro. I can use keyboard still everything working just no picture as if not connected.

System specs.

msi x99a gaming ack
1000w platinum psu
32gb ddr4
I7 5820k
3 2tb raid 0

Did you try different Connection ports? maybe one could be non functional.
