Question New Ryzen 2600 %10 Minecraft

I build a new pc with a ryzen 2600 and a rx 580. When I play minecraft it stays at %10 usage and runs at 20 fps. How do I fix this ??

RAM: 16 gb 2666
PSU: 650 watt

The gpu stays at %20 and the cpu at %10

Did you do a fresh install of Windows and you got the latest driver from AMD
check the temps of your cpu

the RAM speed is on the low side but it still shouldn't only give you 20fps in minecraft
