New Ryzen 7 2700x Issue

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x eight core processor
Ram: 16gb corsair DDR4 3400MHz
GPU: GeForce 1070ti
HDD: WD 2TB
SSD: WD Green 2.5 240gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350-GAMING-3 AM4

Prior to putting in the Ryzen 7 a few days ago, i had a Ryzen 5 1500x. No rendering issues or whatever the problem is...
I had no issues prior, but it seems to be purely on Battle Royale games, Blackout & PUBG... Whenever loading new chunks of the map, running, my "ping" spikes through the roof on PUBG.
I've updated my BIOS.
I've checked the health of both my storage drives, both healthy.
I've clean installed my PC.
I've tried to put my PC in High Performance mode for power supply.

Its eems like hitching in loading or ram, try lowering ram speed to 2993 (or similar value to that one).
