New sapphire r9 390 nitro 8gb hitting 78C while 3dmark benchmark normal ?

is it normal for my new sapphire r9 390 nitro to hit
78 C and vrm 1 75 C vrm 2 80 C during the benchmark ?

anything wrong with the card or it's normal ?
can that temp damage the card or reduce its lifespan ?

That temp is fine and won't reduce the lifespan of the card. From my experience you usually get higher temps during benchmarks that won't really reflect on normal gaming.

ya anything under 80c is fine....yes its working hard but its normal.....when ya start hitting 90-100c thats when to ask questions.
