new screen+old screen problem

i got a new screen 2560x1440 my old one is 1920x1080 and i thought oh wow i have 2 screens now lets try to use my old one at the same time so i can play 2 games at once,here is where the problem starts when im full screen in one game and i want to click on the second game on the other screen it minimizes my main game on my main screen and makes both flash for a second or 2 like when you tab out of a game is there any solution to this or in order to play 2 different games at once do i need the same type of screens or what?

You cannot have both games running in true fullscreen. But you can run them both in borderless windowed mode, which is basically fullscreen without giving the program exclusivity.
