Hello, its almost 3 months that i make a upgrade on my setup
I upgraded my computer and now I am having constant stuttering problems. The result from LatencyMon was:
New Motherboard: ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2
New CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
New GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super
New RAM: 2x 16GB CL 30 Ddr5 G.Skill Trident Z5
My old PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P5, 80+ PLATINUM 750W
In the event viewer, it shows that sometimes the problem occurs along with an issue in nvlddmkm.sys.
What I have tried:
I need help to verify if the problem is hardware or software. I am thinking of requesting an RMA, but I don't even know which component is defective.

Conclusion: Your system seems to be having difficulty handling real-time audio and other tasks. You may experience drop outs, clicks, or pops due to buffer underruns. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
