Hello, its almost 3 months that i make a upgrade on my setup
I upgraded my computer and now I am having constant stuttering problems. The result from LatencyMon was:

Conclusion: Your system seems to be having difficulty handling real-time audio and other tasks. You may experience drop outs, clicks, or pops due to buffer underruns. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.

New Motherboard: ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2
New CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
New GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super
New RAM: 2x 16GB CL 30 Ddr5 G.Skill Trident Z5

My old PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P5, 80+ PLATINUM 750W

In the event viewer, it shows that sometimes the problem occurs along with an issue in nvlddmkm.sys.

What I have tried:

  • Clean install Windows 11 (3x already)
  • New GPU driver with DDU to clean up
  • BIOS AMD fTPM disable/enable
  • BIOS disable Fastboot
  • BIOS iGPU on or off
  • BIOS Resizebar on or off
  • BIOS Memory XMP on or off
  • downgrade the PCI-E from 4.0 to 3.0
  • Trying only one DRAM Stick
I have changed the memory slots and cleaned them, checked the GPU power cables, checked the temperatures of the graphics card and processor, made several modifications using regedit in the previous installation, but none of them solved it. Switching the GPU from OC to Silent mode also didn't help.

I need help to verify if the problem is hardware or software. I am thinking of requesting an RMA, but I don't even know which component is defective.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

2x 16GB CL 30 Ddr5 G.Skill Trident Z5
Go a link to the ram kit?

My old PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P5, 80+ PLATINUM 750W
How old is the PSU in your build?

New Motherboard = Asrock B650m-HDV/m2
I'd have gotten a higher quality board in place of that since you're working with a 7800X3D. That being said;
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B650M-HDVM.2/index.asp#BIOS
you're on 2.08, you have BIOS updates pending. Flash to the latest version(3.09 at the time of writing) and then clear the CMOS, see if that helps.

in my country both motherboard and GPU is very expensive, and i see a bunch of people talking how good this motherboard was
but im one step away to buy a new, this motherboard dont have conector to ARGB too, im not a big fan of leds, but sometimes i want to turn on to show someone but cant do this with this motherboard

can u suggest a few motherboards so i can check the prices in my country?

Your ram kit has AMD' E.X.P.O on it. That checks out but make sure they're on slots A2 and B2.

If I were you, I'd reflash the BIOS to the latest version, then clear the CMOS. Do so by disconnecting from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down the power button for 30secs, then replace the battery after 30mins.

We could but that would be a waste of time, since you'd be going back and forth with our suggestions and what you have access to. You're advised to mention your location, you're budget and your preferred site for purchase. This site is based in the USA and if you're located outside of the USA, it's best you pass on sites you have access to so we can look through suggestions.

there's only 2 RAM Slot in my motherboard

i already update the bios, and clear the CMOS, with the screwdriver between the two pins, with the the physical button and on UEFI to default
but not using the battery way yet, i will try

About the issue, tested something new, undervolt using Ryzen master, -25 on Curve
and so far it's working, I tested it again without the voltage at -20 and it crashed again
If it works better with undervolt, where's the problem?

Then I decided to do what you recommended with [HARD RESET BIOS] with everything in Stock in UEFI, i also tryied enabled AMD EXPO, disable the iGPU

but start to get nvlddmkm error on events view and micro shuttering.
