Keyboard + mouse not recognized during Win7 Home Premium install New Shuttle xpc 2018 build

with the newer mb and intel chipset they dont work with the older drivers in windows 7 iso image. you have to do an f6 custom install or use a 3 party tool to make a new iso image with the updated chipset drivers. (7lite use to be used to make new windows 7 iso. if not you can use windows 10 and then use the free classic shell tool to make windows 10 look and act like windows 7.
