HEY

This is a question about a ASUS D2X Xonar soundcard which i just recently installed in my PC.
I downloaded the drivers, and everything is fine so far, but there are just drivers and nothing else. no utilities or anything similar ?

That is kind of irrating because i want to configure the sound to my liking.
Is there anyone here that can give me a little hand ? ( yes i have browsed asuses homepage without any luck except for drivers)

thanks in advance :)

Should be able to adjust some things thru driver's properties.

no there is not!!
like i said, it only installed the drivers and nothing else ! there also was no other options .. i have been googlin like crazy, but i can`t find anything .
there also are no uitlities or " tools" that can be downloaded for the card , so i am pretty annoyed XD

i better keep on looking!
thanks tho :) appriciate the quick replay :)

thank you :) gonna try that now !

i just tried, but to no luck.. now it just says that there is no device found, But when i hook my logitech speakers up to the card, i at least get stereo sound!
the card works, but it is the utility i am after!

if you need anything else, here are my pc specs:
asus rampage extreme v
MSI rtx 2080 oc duke
intel i7 5820k 3.3 ghz
16 gb hyperX fury 2666 mhz ram
coolermaster silent hybrid pro 1300watt PSU
windows 10 x64

The only other thing I can think of is see if there's a utility in the Microsoft Store since a lot of driver utilities are being shuffled there. If not, then you're pretty much out of luck. ASUS seems to have stopped caring about the card a long time ago.

thanks! i will try that as my last option!
I am not a lucky person, so i guess that i will be <Mod Edit> out of luck!

This was a known issue with the D2X series (and the DX series as a whole); I forget what the fix was though. If the card has a 4-pin connection make sure it's installed correctly.

I would recommend trying the Unified Xonar Drivers; they fix a bunch of issues with the official since they track the latest C-Media driver releases; can't imagine the Xonar drivers are staying up to date these days.
