Question New SSD installed but issues now.

I'm using a dell vostro 14 3468 laptop. I installed a new ssd in it from a shop. Now, there is a problem ever since.
When i use wifi on laptop the screen goes black after some time, but the system is running because i can hear sound of it from the vent. What happened?

Also now the shop technician is saying that it's a motherboard issue. But before installing ssd the laptop did not face such issues.
