There is no..."some".

You have 2 options:
Clean install on the new drive
or
Clone everything(almost) from the old to the new.

The second option involves a little investigation.

How much total space is consumed on your current drive?
What, exactly, does this space constitute?
Do you have another drive that is mostly empty?
