So I just got a kingston SSD 120gb, I plugged it in and unplugged my HDD. Used a flash drive to get windows 10 on the new SSD, which worked great. After it booted up I shut it down and plugged my HDD back in. Turned PC back on, it booted using the SSD. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find my HDD in my computer, so I went to disk management and found it there under "System Reserved", did some googling and saw that I should assign it a letter path. So I did, and now it shows up under "this pc". However, it is empty. Not empty, as it still has the same amount of free space as it did before doing this SSD installation, however it shows as empty. I can not figure out how to access my files, and I have furiously searched but can not find the solution for me to save my life. I do not want to format the HDD and lose all of my files.

I can't provide screenshots as that PC isn't connected to the internet.
