Question New ssd. Pc won’t power down.

My data 250 GB SSD that has windows on it was full so I added a second SSD, a newer M.2 for moving games installs to.
Everything seemed fine with setup and the drive seems on but now when I try to shut my pc down, windows shuts but the power stays on with lights and fans still running.

We're going to need a little more information, when posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Please mention the make and model the drive you've added and how you migrated the game over to the add-on SSD.
