New SSD Questions

My Crucial M500 120GB SSD will be arriving soon. I have some questions:

Will I have to format the HDD after installing new OS to the SSD?
If so what is the best way to backup my files? (without external hdd)
Will I have to re-install all my drivers with new OS? (for gpu, mobo ect..)
I recently overclocked my CPU, will installing a fresh OS effect this?

You can leave your HDD as is and just install your OS on your SSD. You will need to reinstall all of your drivers onto your SSD. I would recommend downloading them ahead of time and putting them on a USB drive.

An overclock should not be affected as it is in the BIOS, not in windows.
