Be carefully of the h61 mb. Some will and some won't post with out a bios update for the Ivy bridge CPU. If you have to cut costs get a non k CPU and a h77 mb.

If you can assemble it yourself, you can get vastly more bang for your buck. Online assemblers are typically horribly price-inefficient, and often use subpar parts to boot.

Check your friends and see if any one of them would put it together for you. I've built Pc's for friends just for fun. And you will definitely get better parts for the same price.
