Question New system build, still getting beep code

I was having post/boot issues with my old setup. I have replaced the majority of the hardware and upgraded the OS (fresh install), and everything seems to be running fine. However, I am still getting a beep code. Specifically, it is the beep, pause, beep beep code. After the beeps complete, it boots up normally.

My old system was having problems and it was time for an upgrade anyway. I replaced the motherboard, CPU, memory, video card, and added a new hard drive (while keeping the old ones, too).

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8 core 3.7Ghz
Stock CPU fan
Motherboard: ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 GB 3200 Mhz DDR4
Video card: EVGA Geforce GTX 1660 Ti
Power supply: Antec 650W
HD: HP PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe 1.3 SSD EX950 M.2 1TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
ATX case, fairly standard

I will add that the beep code only happens when powering up from being completely off. It doesn't happen when rebooting.

From your description I think the first beep is normal, typically means BIOS post. The other two I don't know about.U Usuallyin the motherboard manual under troubleshooting there is a guide to beep codes. Does that give any information?

No, the manual was fairly useless in that regard. Also, the beeps continue for maybe 20 to 30 seconds.
