Question New System Built , It Powers for 2 seconds the. stop

Details : Everytime i click my power button on my pc case it powers up for one second then shuts down. Once i power off and back on the PSU i click the power button on my case and it powers up for 1 second , fans spin , then shuts down. Before i click the power button and after , i can see my PSU giving out power to my motherboard as the items in my USB slots are lighting up and there is a red dot on my GPU. After my PC shorts and powers down i’m unable to click the power on button again and have to reset it by switch it off and on by the wall.

These are all new parts except my power supply which i have been using for roughly 7-8 months which i know is working perfectly as i used it in my old build yesterday.

NVIDIA RTX 4070TI
Asus Tuf 650 Wifi Motherboard
Case : Lian Li Vision
Kingston 6000MHz Ram 36GB
Cooler : NZXT Kraken 240 MM
Storage M.2 NVme , SSD , HDD
PSU : Corsairs 850 RM

Make sure the CPU power is plugged into the top left of motherboard.

Yes it’s plugged into the 8 pin Slot but there is a 4 Pin slot to the left of it which i don’t. have the pins to input into it. but i believe the 8pins should be enough to power it

Go ahead and disconnect all wires from front_panel on motherboard. Then use screwdriver to short the power pins.

yeah i just done that. i had to reset my PSU via the wall then i used a screwdriver and got the same results as i did with the button on the case

I’ve also wiped my ram with a cloth and tried 1 stixk
in various slots.

I’ve recently seen a solution where someone has said they had the same issue im having but they fixed it by plugging all there AIO cooling in correctly. i believe i have mine correctly if some could confirm
