[SOLVED] New System Failing to POST

Hey everyone! I’ve been having issues with a new build for my partner. The specs are as follows:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
MB: MSi B450M Gaming Plus
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz (from MB QVL list)
Graphics: RTX 2070
Power Supply: EVGA 650W

The system is unable to POST and I’m completely stumped as to why. The EZ debug light gets stuck on DRAM. Here’s some things I’ve tried:
Flashing the latest BIOS
Clearing CMOS
Reseating RAM
Reseating CPU
RMAing RAM
RMAing MB

I’m just about at the end of my rope here. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That motherboard more than likely needs a BIOS update to support 3000 series Ryzen.

I failed to read your entire post. Lol

If you're on the latest BIOS, that's good. Make sure the RAM is installed in the correct slots, A2-B2.

There are only two RAM slots. I've done the typical RAM shuffle, swapping out each one and trying each as a single stick etc.

Make sure ALL power cables are plugged into the motherboard and GPU.

The 24 pin cable is plugged in as well as the 8 pin CPU cable. Since it's not even getting past the DRAM section of the POST is plugging in the GPU necessary?

Well, in order to get any display output, you need a GPU and monitor attached.
