Im 70 now and a lot of stuff changed, not sure if I should tweak anything more, all is stock now. Not going to overclock right now, but is their anything I can do for my speed in Bios? So
many setting on the board, I did set the memory profile but not sure if I did it right.
Thanks for any suggestions if you got any.

Happy New Year!

You're super with that build, kind sir! I wouldn't change it. You could enable X.M.P in BIOS and get the advertised speeds for the memory that you'd paid for but outside of that the system should be cutting pretty much anything like a hot knife through butter.

I hope you put either a very large air cooler or better a water cooler on that CPU. That cpu on "Z" series motherboard is already in a way overclocked using just the recommended setting from intel.
That cpu is designed to use 125watts normally with a boast to 250 watts. That is a lot of heat to get rid of.

You might want to consider "underclocking" it by setting lower power limits if you do not have good cooling.

If you look at the new none "k" chips they just announced today they dropped the normal power to 65watts.

Using a Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black) for cooling
under normal use with computer on all day all my cores are below 30C
I have 5 Noctua fans installed in the case and its silent. Can't believe how quiet Noctura fans are,if it wasn't for the led lights in front of case you would not know its running. Super happy with this built, Windows 11 boots in 5 seconds after bios post.

Forgot I did use a Thermalright LGA1700-BCF 12th CPU Bending Corrector Frame too

You have a top end build.
Do not change a thing.
13600K is crazy fast.
While overclocking is an option, most gamers will use the default turbo mechanism which will boost a few cores past what an oc will do.

CPU-Z will tell you what your ram settings are.
I would not worry about them, intel does not depend on fast ram for performance.

And... Userbenchmark is considered by many to be junk science.
