New system keep's waking from sleep.

Title describe's the situation. I have changed some bios setting's but can't remember everything. Anywhere I should start looking? Board is Asus Z97-A.

Event viewer say's Wake Source: Power button.

I had exactly the same problem with my ASUS Z97_A motherboard. It's the network adapter. I managed to stop the computer from booting up almost as soon as I'd closed it down by going to Device Manager -> Network Adapters. Right-click on Intel Ethernet Connection -> Properties -> Power Management, then uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". This greys out the other options. After this change, my computer stays off when I tell it to switch off.
