[SOLVED] New system no post

Hello guys and girls.

I just finished my new build


PSU: EVGA 750 B3
CPU: Intel I5 8600 k
RAM: 16 BG DDR4
MB: MSI Z370-A PRO
Graphics card: GAINWARD GeForce GTX 1070
CPU Cooler: SilentiumPC Fera 3
HDD, SSD

And once I try to plug it in and start it it turns on for a couple of seconds (about 10) and then it switches off and starts again. I tried unpluging everything and going through all the cables exactly by the guide but with the same result. Anyone has an idea if it could be a hardware problem or just me messing up when building?

OK, I guess I resolved the problem.

For some reason, the RAMs have to be in 2nd and 3rd slot otherwise they don't work. But the Debug LED keeps shining. Could it be a problem?
