Question New system stuck in BIOS

I am using the following build
Ryzen 5 5600 X
32 GB RAM - 4 slots 8gb each
Amd Radeon RX 6900 XT PowerColor Red Devil
Psu Corsair rm750x
WD blue sn570 1tb ssd

When I power up I go to bios and when I save and exit bios it opens bios back up.

On starting computer both cpu and dram leds are red, then after about 5 seconds they turn off and boot and vga leds turn in, when bios opens these turn off

check how bios detect gpu and the ssd see if this one is made as primary boot device .

Does 'BIOS' recognize the Drive? What mode is it set to UEFI or Legacy? Is the drive set as priority? Per drivinfast247 does 'BIOS' have an MBR (boot partition) to hook? It's POSTing so...dunno remove the graphics card and see if it runs via onboard VGA then figure out why the add on GPU bugs it out. Strip it down until it boots the OS and add parts until it doesn't.
