New System Upgrade Need Overclocking Board. Help Can be 7th or 8th Gen?

Hello
My 4th Gen I5-4670K and Asus maximus VII Ranger is Kind Of dead and i was thinking which system should i go for now?
I am gonna do overclocking for sure so was thinking for the I5-7600K and Motherboard? dont know
I have looked for Strix B250 Series board but they are not for overclocking right?
so only Z270 Left? Am i Correct
which is the best cheapest board i can get ? in Asus?
Already have the GPU GTX 1060 Strix so gonna need the new Ram too

Just over your budget, but it is very high end in every area. Coffeelake i5, lovely (very quiet, and excellent cooling) case, Seasonic PSU, Samsung 850 SSD, only real knock is the 1060 6gb which will give you 1440p at close to ultra in most games. But every other component is about top of the line. Video cards go obsolete the fastest and are the easiest to upgrade.

Both motherboards are well reviewed. The gaming costs a little more (around 20). It generally receives the better reviews, but they seem pretty even to me (quick glance). I'm sure they'll perform the same. Have fun.
