I've only been using Win2K for like a month or so. I see that winipcfg has been replaced by ipconfig. When I run that a prompt pops up, runs something real fast, and disappears. How do I make it like the winipcfg command which displayed a screen where I could gather networking info?

Go to start run and type in cmd which will bring up a command prompt. Then type ipconfig /? for list of commands. Hope this helps.

Usually in win2k look here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
If program does not show up here than you need to look in reg. or 3rd party program.

To fool with startup programs including ones in the startup menu, registry and whatnot do this:

Right Click "My Computer" and select "manage"
Expand "System Information"
Expand "Software Environment"
Select "Startup Programs"
