Hey dont mind me i am very new to computers and usually have used ps4 all my life but now building a high end type of pc so i just setup Asus Rog Z390 H motherboard with Intel i7 8700k a thermaltake water 3.0 AIO and 8gigs of ram
My gpu card and more rams arriving soon alongside m.2 ssd and windows 10

It took me ALOT of understanding and time to even assemble these things together some 4 hours - AIO assembly was a nightmare theres not much guide of backplate installation and so was psu wiring

Now my computer works and sometimes behaves in a way i havent seen before

When i push power to on the computer starts then suddenly switches off and then starts again why is that ??

As it loads up the mobo rog logo shows from where it goes straight into bios page cpu temps shown are 30°C to 35°C and AIO pump show 2400 rpm to 2700 rpm are these allrite ??

Finally it can not detect my SATA NON SSD drive which has windows 7 and my old pc files however when i turn on CSM option from bios boot page it actually detects the hdd but as its loads further it gives 2 options windows recovery or start windows normally if i select start normally it loads half of windows loading page and restarts auto matically and if i choose recovery it does the files recovery and it displays the option to restart so windows can start however i cant click yes because neither mouse nor keyboard are working here they work fine in bios page so is there something i am missing here ??

Please be tolerant enough to understand my knowledge of pcs its literally very less
Also i dont really want windows 7 my windows 10 pro parcel arrives soon and with the m.2 ssd so can i install them directly to m.2 please your help shall be very much appreciated

Solution
Sounds ok with the cooler so far.

Disconnect your non SSD drive so you can install windows and drivers all on the ssd. Once you have windows installed you can turn it off and re connect the hdd, and set in the bios to boot from the SSD first.
