Looking for a light/normal overclock as i'm a newbie to the overclocking game.

you don't need it overclocking is made just when you want better results your sistem is already in the top end line . Hmmmmmmm... you don't have dedicate gpu why ? In that case your sistem is not în the top end line but stil your cpu is clocked at 4ghz and that is enough for 2019

OP, I suggest you google a few overclocking guides. So many people have already made seriously simple guides on how to overclock.

I suggest you check out overclocking gudes from Jayz2cents, LinusTechTips, and Science Studio to start with. (On YouTube.)
