New to pc’s and need help

I have a hp pc that you find at Walmart and I was wondering if I can get a graphics card and more ram sticks and probably new cpu.would it work like that??my pc specsrocessor speed 2.4GHz
4GB RAM
Graphics processor:Intel GPU
Operations system:Windows
Now I know some stuff like it has integrated graphics.All I want it to do is run Fortnite,Forza,maybe cod budget friendly.Would you guys recommend parts I should get for graphics card ram sticks cpu??Thanks!!

Wow, going to be needing a lot more specifics than that. Press the Windows Key + R and type "msinfo32", press enter, and tell us what it says in there, especially for what processor you have specifically. Knowing it's 2.4GHz doesn't really do much good.
