New to PC building - Are my parts compatible?

Solution
You don't really need the aftermarket cooler since you're going with the non-K variant of the 6500. The stock cooler will work just fine on the 6500 while gaming. If you end up going with the 6500k and plan on overclocking then get the 212 Evo. Otherwise you don't need it.
As Far as I can Tell They are Compatible. However Your case Might Be a tight squeeze Considering you Case has a max video Card length of 11.81" and the Rx 480 has a length of 10" Installation Might be a little difficult and might have a few awkward angles to get at it. Other than that it should work fine.

The Rx-480 is overkill for Overwatch and I assume for Wow as well.

Side Notes: If Boot up Speeds matter to you then I'd suggest getting a Solid State Drive for your OS, if not No worries. And I would suggest a larger case, mostly because it leaves you room to grow and negates the need for a new one.
Here's the One I use:

Anyhow, Cheers and Happy Gaming!

Compatible yes, optimal no. That is not a very good PSU. Blizzard games are traditionally not AMD friendly, so a GTX 1060 6gb would be a better choice. This would be more suitable system. Legion is more demanding, than people really think. My 6700k, with a 780ti, won't do 1080p ultra very well. I typically run about a 7, out of 10, on the graphics slider.
