Hello, i am currently in the market for a new gaming pc that I would like to build. I am fairly new in the department and have a budget of around $1000-$1200, but I would like to get value for money. Wether it is your own build or not, let me know the best parts I can put together while falling in my budget range. :)
p.s. I plan on playing EFT, Apex, Valorant, GTA, etc.

i didnt think 3700x was affordable for this build (including rtx gpu)
Also do you think its worth going from 2070 super 8gb to 2060 6gb??
I think gpu performance is more important than the cpu, also i dont think he need 8cores 16 threads if he is just going to game.
Edit: Im sorry i didnt think that would go to a blank list,im gonna fix that now

Best value I can come up with.

A better GPU like a 2070 super will perform slightly better but the cost is enough that it ends up being a worse value.

Really don't need more than a Ryzen 5 3600. I chose the x since it has a nicer cooler and performs better.

Forget the Samsung 970. Too high priced for the capacity and the difference between NVMe and SATA SSD for OS booting and game loading is a joke. like 2 seconds difference.

Thank you guys for all the replies, I took some advice from almost all of you and this is what I came up with in the end. A bit over my budget but from what I've heard it should last me a long time at least. Let me know what you guys think or if I should change/improve anything :)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Focus G ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
Keyboard: Corsair K68 Wired Gaming Keyboard

@R_1, I was conflicted between the 3700X or the 3600X, decided on the 3600X simply for budget. I will also be running at 1080p and not 1440p so hopefully the build should be more than enough to support my current needs.

Before I make any rash decisions though, what is a better option: 3700X and a RTX2060 or 3600X and RTX2070?
