the 4460 is a solid cpu for gaming, the GTX 745 however is an entry level gpu, comparable to a GTX 640. It is only available to alienware desktops as far as I know. I think it will run most games on mid settings at 1080p, but if you want to do some serious gaming you will want a better gpu.
