Solution
drop the hard disk for a large 2.5" SATA III SSD.
add a smaller(~512GB) M.2 for the OS & applications.

go with 2x 16GB(32GB) 3200MHz RAM.

save some money on the CPU by either going with the i9-10900K or the i7-11700K.
the i9-11900K is not worth the money for the performance it offers.
you won't notice any difference between it and a slightly overclocked 11700K with single thread performance.
if you want much better multi-core performance go for the i9-10900K.

whatever this is, if they're charging you for it remove it from the list.

DESKTOP STANDARD WARRANTY: 5 Years' Labour, 2 Years' Parts, 6 Months' Collect and Return plus Life-Time Technical Support
also find out what exactly these terms mean with a detailed warranty description.

if their "6 months collect & return" policy means that they will only cover shipping for malfunctioning systems for up to 6 months than you could be out a lot of shipping fees if\when anything goes bad with the system after that period.

could possibly cost you hundreds to have the system diagnosed and returned.
and troubleshooting yourself or having it worked on elsewhere could void your entire warranty.

exchange the quad channel(4x 8GB) RAM for dual channel(2x 16GB).
and you want at least 3600MHz if you're using a Ryzen platform.

as stated previously, drop the HDD for 2.5" SATA III SSD.

drop the 1TB M.2 and put that towards the larger 2.5" SSD.
you will see no difference except price in the performance of an M.2 vs a SATA III SSD when using it for personal file storage, game installations, etc.

for ~$10 more, change for the motherboard for the ROG Strix X570-E Gaming that includes onboard Wi-Fi & Bluetooth and drop the add-on PCIe Wi-Fi card.

drop the "STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING" for something we know has good heat transfer and won't need to be replaced often.
ProlimaTech PK-3 is one of the highest rated ATM and has worked great on two systems for me so far.

Something else to consider is dropping down to a Ryzen 5600X and save some money and use that on upgrading the GPU, that's if this build is primarily a gaming rig.

If RT is not that important to you, i'd personally go with a 6700XT or 6800XT.
