I recently updated windows 10 and it somehow created some random
Local disk(H) in my computer that’s pretty much almost full even though there’s absolutely nothing in the disk. How can I fix/get rid of this? I checked disk manager and saw that it’s called an “Healthy OEM Partition”.

The update also managed to turn on some useless services and features such as focus assistant, and I was wondering if there is a quick way to check what other dumb services or features this update turned on. It even created a new shortcut for Microsoft edge so all of these changes have really gotten on my nerves. If I eventually find the need to, is there a way to uninstall any updates that seem to add nothing significant to the os?

My Specs:

MSI B150 Gaming M3
Gtx GeForce 1080 MSi 8gig
16GB of Ram
-EVGA Supernova 750W GQ Gold 80+
-Cooler Master Hyper CPU cooler may
-Western Digital Blue SATA 3 HDD 7200
-PNY 120GB SSD
-Samsung Evo pro SSD 250gb
-Seagate Baracuda 2Tb sshd

I have this exact issue. the annoying popup can be turned off via notification settings. Im worried this new local drive will cause issues int he future or if it gets full. What the hell is it?

I've seen a few other people complain of this issue on here but zero help/solutions.

It is a drive letter accidentally given to a System partition.
