Question new upgrade

hi i'm looking for a new mobo.
i like asus.

i have been looking at thise:

ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING
and
ASUS TUF Gaming Z490-Plus (Wi-Fi)

my computer is in a warm room,
so it needs to be good at that.

i was looking for a cpu.
Intel Core i7 10700K
Intel Core i9 9900K

and i was told that the i7 was the better choice.

i don't like amd!!!

it might have been b460-f , i don't know anymore.
