New USB Keyboard Issues

i bought a new usb keyboard and when i plug it in and start to press keys, sometimes it doesn't type anything and sometimes it types in twice the key i pressed only once. so i bought another NEW usb keyboard and it's still doing the same thing. but my old keyboard seems to be working fine. i don't know what to do

Have you tried a different USB port and got the same issue?

yes i did. i even tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
