I bought an MSI X99S SLI PLUS and an Intel i7-5930K both used but from quite reputable sellers so I wasn't necessarily concerned about getting broken parts.
I have tried absolutely everything. I've tried one stick of RAM in every slot, I've tried taking the motherboard out and keeping it off metal, I've tried plugging everything in and out again multiple times, I've checked the CPU is in correctly
Right now there are no beeps, just absolutely no HDMI input from the GPU which is on. If I put my mouse in the USB ports it lights up but my keyboard doesn't.
I'm at a total loss. I spoke to two repair shops today and both said they couldn't help me as they didn't have compatible parts to test with. I've unloaded quite a bit of money into this upgrade and I'm reaching a dead end, please help!
