First of all identify your model form factor from below

Second, get CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Look at the picture

softwares-cpuz.jpg

From CPU tab - Processor name and Code name
From Mainboard tab - BIOS version, motherboard model as well
From SPD tab - select the slot with RAM stick and provide all information, including part number and stop here, timing is not important, well you can provide this as well, not going to hurt.

After this you will get your answers on Video, CPU and memory upgrades.

If you want only Video, no problem, just state your budget.

Also, don't hurry purchasing Video card - not all can fit, and for this your form factor is important.
