I want to buy a new water cooler and was wondering what would be the best at 120mm and also pretty quiet. it needs to be under 90$

Im not sure of the price but the corsair h100i is great! Looks awesome and keeps the CPU cool

If you can't get the h100i, the h80i is $90 at newegg, and works with Corsair Link.
