Hi,

I have just completed a new system build using the Fractal Design s24 water cooling system (system build specifications listed below) and upon booting receive the following error- CPU FAN ERROR, HIGH CPU TEMPERATURE
Loading my BIOs I can see the CPU temperature steadily climbing to 95' C. After about a minute the Pump head and the metal connections to the tubing to the radiator become too hot to touch.

When I boot and run the computer I cannot hear the pump starting nor can I feel any vibrations on the pump itself to indicate it is running.
My Bios also does not display anything plugged into the cpc fan port.

I have tried plugging the pump into different fan ports on the Motherboard to check it is not an issue with the port.

I have also disassembled the entire system twice and rebuilt it to check for faulty connections/ screws making contact.

The fans on the radiator do work without issue as do the other case fans and have tried them in the CPU FAN PORT on the mother board as well. All fans show as working on the BIOS.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
