Solution

Is the new wifi booster need your opinion on this device and will this work for my pc if i share my unlimited internet from phone?

It's full of horsepoo. Its a wifi range extender and that's it. Wifi Repeaters create ping lag as well as halves your potential throughput (With the exception of a very few specific models and setups)

And this product is certainly not using any frequency outside 2.4 and 5GHz ranges. Anything that's unlicensed that's higher than 5GHz doesn't have the range. And the 900MHz band that's unlicensed doesn't have the data rate. Everything else would be in violation of the FCC...

You could be flagged as a spammer for sharing that link, since that link is what spam usually looks like. Why do you need a WiFi Booster, if I may ask? Might also want to share your PC specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

And there's ZERO way to "fool" the ISP on your data usage. The best they can do is use an alternate DNS which is encrypted. This will keep your ISP from knowing which domain name you are going to. But they can take an educated guess based on your IP's after that. (The IP's will always go through the ISP unless you use a VPN) And the ISPs LOG IT ALL for years. The Gov't here in the USA made it mandatory after 9-11. As they say "Never waste a crisis" Now ISPs are now setting in agreements into their privacy rules to prepare for selling of your data without your consent unless you opt out in writing.

So now more than ever it's a good idea to use VPNs if you value your privacy.
