[SOLVED] New windows 10, can't install gpu driver

Good day all.
I've recently installed windows 10 for 64bit OS, it's a unactivated version. My system is a newly built gaming pc, built by myself, with a gtx 1660 oc version and ryzen 5 2400g cpu. Windows installed by me.
I've installed GeForce Experience to update the gpu driver. GeForce experience downloaded the right driver, but now does not want to install it.

First a message that said the driver is not compatible with this version of windows, but now it only says "an error occurred, can't install driver"

Did you get the OS directly from MS?

If your using a cracked version of Windows then this would attribute to your issues downloading the drivers as well as your games issues.

Using pirated software also can put some pretty nasty stuff on your system.

If it's a legit version of Windows 10 then I help out with that.

If the driver is working via NGE then try downloading/installing it from Nvidia.

You can also install NGE via the driver installation but I never really cared to use it outside of Shadowplay (never really set my graphics appropriately).

It is legit, I know that you can download it for free and only activation costs money. Will do that when I have later on. Thanks alot will try that now.
