New years upgrade plan! Help with PSU and SLI

Hi! My friend has a micro ATX build and he's getting a 970.

So I'm buying his 680 Gainward, this is so I can put it up with my Stock 680.

I got a miniITX right now but I'm planning to either get the:

SAPPHIRE Mod 1155 Sapphire PT-CI7S33Z68

or the

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 1155

I have a 600W 80 PLUS Bronze certified 600W

"Support graphics cards up to 30.98cm and 400W"

So will all of these power up with my 600W PC? I'm going also run a Schiit stack (Powering a DAC) Mini fridge, mouse, controller and a K70.

What motherboard should I choose and will the SLI work with my current PSU?

600 Watts is not enough your going to need more like a 850 Watt.
I would get the extreme 4 motherboard.
