Newbie help for nvidia goforce 5200

hello all,
I am a newbie for updating grahics drivers and am looking for some simple yet expert advice on updating my graphics driver.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Or you can buy a PCI-Express motherboard, a new GPU, and throw away that worthless old crap. Not to be mean, but the FX series cards all sucked to the max, and it's not worth trying to play any games (other than solitaire and Pac-Man) on them.
