Newbie, help on build for rendering and gaming

Hi guys, im new to building a pc so heres my question, im planning on buying a new pc from Cyberpower (i have to cant build one) so is this build ok? everything will work together?

I will be using it primarily for 3d modeling and rendering (Autocad and 3ds max) some graphic design, video editing and of course gaming.

So is this ok? or should i forget about and get a z97 with a 4970k

Looks fine except the PSU. No CS/CX/Builder series from Corsair. If you can, upgrade that to an XFX or Seasonic unit.

You sure you can't build this rig? You would save quite a bit by doing so...

This would be the other options, dont know which one is better?

I cant, unfortunetly i cant get the pieces where i live and i have someone how can bring the box with the case but thats it, so i need it to buy prebuilt.

all of the ones you mentioned are pretty meh except maybe this one: 750 Watts - Corsair RM750 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Fully Modular Ultra Quiet Power Supply [+60] which costs a premium.
