So I ordered the last parts for my computer a total of $687 It has been on Hold payment declined for around 3 days on the second day I called them up and they said they received no money what so ever but when I called my bank they have proof newegg did take it I told Newegg the Transaction I.D and the Authorization number yet Newegg says they have no trace of it and arguing they have not gotten any money.
They have done this for the past 2 orders as well yet the funny thing is when we cancel the order we get the money refunded but I'm not too sure about this time I have been waiting about 6 months for my computer and I just might have to file a dispute with the bank which would take up to a month maybe 2, They keep doing this over and over again looks like I'll just have to order from another site..
Bottom line: Bank has proof Newegg took the money, Newegg says they don't have authorization to take the money.
